國際貨物運輸?shù)幕救蝿站褪歉鶕?jù)國家有關的方針政策，合理地運用各種運輸方式和運輸工具，多快好省地完成進出口貨物的運輸任務，為我國發(fā)展對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易服務，為我國外交活動服務，為我國的四個現(xiàn)代化建設服務。天津國際貨運公司指出，國際貨運公司具體包括以下幾方面內(nèi)容：

　　國際貨物運輸，既然是一種無形的國際貿(mào)易，它是國家外匯收入的重要來源之一。國際貿(mào)易合同在海上運輸一般采用CIF和FOB等貿(mào)易術語成交，按照CIF條件，貨價內(nèi)包括運費、保險費，由賣方派船將貨物運至目的港；按照FOB條件，貨價內(nèi)則不包括運費和保險費，由買方派船到裝貨港裝運貨物。為了國家的利益，出口貨物多爭取CIF件，進口貨多爭取FOB交，則可節(jié)省外匯支出，增加外匯收入。而國際貨物運輸企業(yè)為了國家利益，首先要依靠國內(nèi)運輸企業(yè)的運力和我國的方便旗船，再考慮我國的租船、中外合資船公司和僑資班輪的運力，再充分調(diào)動和利用各方面的運力，使貨主企業(yè)同運輸企業(yè)有機地銜接，爭取為國家節(jié)約外匯支出，創(chuàng)更多的外匯收入。
