　　定義：SEA WAYBILL的簡(jiǎn)稱，是提單的一種放單形式。一旦出了SWB,貨權(quán)就從SHIPPER轉(zhuǎn)移到CNEE了，也就是說CNEE可以直接去提貨，SWB提貨不需要正本，也不需要電放費(fèi)，對(duì)于信任的公司可以采用這種放貨形式。

　　優(yōu)勢(shì)：在于出單快，提貨快，方便，快捷。
